fine art base was a non-profit organization for emerging artists. Founded in Monterey, California in 2009, our mission was to contribute to the dialogues among local artists and artists outside the area. Our initiatives included diverse programming for over 100 artists and reached large audiences throughout the Central Coast. We operated for two years with 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsorship from Fractured Atlas.
